We were there just one night to drop our son off at the airport. When we checked in the front desk attendant indicated the ... shuttles picked up guests every 20 minutes, on the hour, 20 after and 40 after. True to their word the shuttles were very regular. All staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel was older but well kept up. Room was very clean.

Because the lunch was only a 1 hour break -------they knew ----there should have been a buffet it took over 2 hours to ... feed everyone from menues..They had 6 ontrays to choise from and each of them was 3.00 higher then the lunchon menue.BAD TASTE for a restrauant to do that.

We were out during the day and returned to room late (about 1130 or midnight) so we really did not use any amenities. Maybe I ... will be able to enjoy the amenities next time. I would love to stay here again given the chance.

I probably won't spend another night here. Friends wedding was here and they offered the group rate of 89.99. Price online ... on multiple sites was 71.99. Brought that up to management and they said that was the group rate and I should book online. Location is right off the highway which is a plus. The place is huge, but rooms are puny. Rooms looked dingy, and outdated. Didn't have regular coffee cups, only styrofoam. Only had 2 bath towels that were also on the small side. For seventy bucks, I expected much more, in terms of classiness.

The Hotel was great, nicely furnished and very clean rooms, plenty of parking, close to the freeway. The Customer service at ... the Desk was lacking. He was using a polite voice to be very sarcastic and through other statements gave the impression we, having booked our room through Orbitz, were not as important as the other guest. Before I would recommend this Hotel I would have to be sure this is not the usual behavior of the Guest Services personnel.

It's very comportable trip!

I travel a lot and I am not a complainer, but this was just too much. Here's what happened: first, I asked for a quiet room ... for an O'Hare overnight after a long international flight; I had to leave the hotel at 3:40 a.m. for a 6 a.m. flight, as well, so I needed to just sleep. I checked in at 8 p.m., reiterating my need to be away from elevators and vending machines. I was exhausted. I got to my room only to find that I'd been assigned a room right next to noisy, vibrating vending machines! Second, I then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come with the key to the new room I was assigned. And third, after I had a hot bath, settled in, and fell asleep at last, the hotel's fire alarms went off--for 30 minutes. It seems there was a fire in the kitchen. Despite all this, the hotel refused to discount my bill--a courtesy common in such circumstances elsewhere.

Perfect for Shuttle to O'Hare

This is a Super Location if you need a shuttle to O'Hare Airport, but otherwise, not much is around. We picked this hotel ... because it has 24-hour shuttle to O'Hare Airport, which runs every 20 minutes (no charge, with the exception of tipping for baggage handling in/out of shuttle). Our son/daughter-in-law needed to be at O'Hare by 4am, for their 6am flight. The front desk recommended that they be in the lobby 10 minutes before shuttle departure (3:20am), which they did and it was like clock work. Since we came up the day before their flight, we wanted to take the Blue Line to downtown Chicago for some fast site-seeing. When asked how we can get to the Blue Line, they stated that we can take their shuttle (no charge) to O'Hare where the Blue Line ends/begins. We did that and when we returned via Blue Line to O'Hare, we went to the shuttle drop off/pick up site and only waited a few minutes for the next shuttle back to the hotel. We will DEFINITELY use this hotel and their shuttle service again. We didn't use/need their restaurants/amenities, so can't comment about them, but our room was clean and that is our most important need. Front Desk was very friendly and helpful, as well as the day shuttle driver!

This is a good option if you are looking for a good hotel near O'Hare Int'l Airport, it's only 2 miles from the terminals, ... and the free shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Nice rooms.

Very nice hotel. Great ammenities include indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, gift shop, free shuttle to airport, ... restaurant (which we did not visit), free wi-fi and free pc w/ Internet in the lobby and business center. We took advantage of all the above except the restaurant - just not enough time to squeeze it in. My only gripe about this hotel was that the power went off - weather-related - and no one bothered to see if there was anything we may have needed during those couple of evening hours or said anything about it at checkout. Other than that, great place to call home for a few days!

The best aspect of the hotel is proximity to the airport, and their shuttle service. The room itself is comfortable with ... free wireless. There was adequate space. I had a problem with the TV that was quickly responded to. Good value for money.

Airport Overnight

When arriving we found multiple areas in the parking lot with broken auto glass. When we questioned the desk clerk, she said ... they had had a break in a week ago and it was just one car. The area of coverage - at least 5 car lengths - could not have come from just one car. The room had not been updated in quite some time. The heater in the room was level with the bed and blew hot air on to the bed at the head of the bed, directly into our face. We had to use a coat hanger and the drapes to provide some blocking so we wouldn't suffocate through the night. The bathroom was tiny and not very clean. When we checked out, there were two police officers looking for a quest who had thrown a smoke detector out the window at a car in the parking lot. When the police officers came in, the desk clerk called them by their first names. The officers knew the security guard by first name as well. It seems they have been there a time or two.

I needed a room before catching a flight therefore the room served it's purpose however the beds were rather uncomfortable ... and if you want to take a bath, stick with the shower - the tub was the most uncomfortable tub that I have ever experienced. While it was raining during my stay, when walking the halls that butted up to the outer walls, the carpet was wet and you could see the water squish out from under your shoes. The parking lot was not well maintained (lack of snow removal and ice control) therefore it was rather dangerous to navigate for driving, parking and walking. I would not suggest this hotel for a park, sleep and fly since - we saw cars that were going to be captive to the ice until the ice melts...
