Not a good hotel - details in the review
ibra Oct 19, 2009
We were very unsatisfied with the hotel.[...]We requested a non smoking room: we received a room that was previously smoking ... friendly and still smells it. We changed a room and it is the same problem.Bathroom hardware is all yellowish and hasn't been updated since the hotel was built. Bed sheets and duvet has really bad smell.

not exactly "in" Sonoma wine country
madge Oct 15, 2009
The hotel was fine, room was spacious. Liked the double sinks, wish bathroom had a vent. Construction on the 101 made the ... exit for the hotel very confusing, especially when coming from the north. Hotel is more than one hour from SFO - it took us over 2 hours both on a Friday afternoon and a Monday morning. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Nice Neutrogenia amenities, including sunscreen.

Not Bad...
just me Sep 25, 2009
We traveled here to visit Napa, wine tasting and hot air ballooning.... It's a bit out of the way from where the actual site ... was, but the 40min drive wasn't too bad; Waking at 4:40am was... The hotel was clean and nice. The rooms were smaller than I had expected but over-all I can't really complain. I would not have paid the regular price for the room we had.

Meh
Wine getaway Sep 24, 2009
The staff were nice but very young and not very experienced. It took longer than it should have to do basic things. There ... was vomit on the sidewalk outside one morning and I told them and they went to clean it up promptly. There's a general smell of manure in the air around this hotel - at least in the Sept weekend we were there. The hot tub and pool are nice, but in general, the hotel looks better online than it "feels" - the mold in the room for example.
