We arrived at 10pm and the young man working at the check-in counter was very quick and accomadating at getting us checked ... in. Our one room suite was clean and attractive. The pool and spa were still open so we headed down and enjoyed an hour under the stars with the pool to ourselves. The next morning we headed for the breakfast room and enjoyed the extended continental breakfast...which changed everyday we were there...and the coffee was excellent! I used the complimentary work station several times..two computers and a printer were available and printing was free! Our three day stay was very comfortable and we would definetly recommend Hawthorne Suites LTD to family and friends.

Some of the glasses weren't clean. The TV in the bedroom didn't get all of the channels that were in the other room. One ... computer wasn't connected to the internet the other one was in use. One person at the desk in the AM with a line. Staff was friendly. Location was good for where I needed to be the next day. Room was O.K. I would probably stay there again and give it another try.

Access needed to accomadate handicap family member. Staff made strong effort to make things right. The kitchen area was ... small, still had a large frig. & full size dishwasher. Bathroom was big enough to set up a card table & chairs. Housekeeping was very friendly & accomadating. Enjoyed our stay there & would come back any time.

The cleaning staff amazed me in the fact that they were virtually invisible in the hallways yet all the carpets, and rooms ... were spotless and well maintained. The front desk was very helpful and accomodating with our questions and requests.

Our suite was a perfect size. We had plenty of space for each of us to do what we wanted. Some things were missing from the ... kitchen area but were quickly provided by the hotel staff once it was brought to their attention. The hotel was conveniently located for restaurants, parks, and shopping.The cleaning staff were very friendly and provided anything asked of them. The "hot" breakfast bar was wonderful except for the "fake" scrambled eggs! Being able to get a good breakfast before setting out for the day helped in not having to take time looking for someplace to eat lunch. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the groundskeeper was very friendly and eager to hear my tips on taking care of roses! We will certainly stay at Hawthorne Suites Chandler the next time we are in Phoenix!

The hotel was really nice, everything was extremely clean! The room was really cute, with everything we needed! Chandler is a ... great location and the hotel is really close to a lot of things! The staff was really nice and they offer a great breakfast each morning! I would recommend it to anyone traveling in that area!

What a nice place! We were very surprised at the size of the rooms,full kitchen,comfy king bed,Everything was great ... staff,food great idea for breakfast! We bought a home in Gilbert while visiting. Would highly recommend Hawthorn Suites to any of our frieds visiting Close to the airport also! Just a great experience!

it was extremely quiet I did not hear a thing from the other rooms.I know they were occupied because I saw the people.But it ... felt like we were the only ones there. the only problem was the bathroom design .nexttime I will make sure to get a handicapped accessable bathroom.

Pictures on [...] website were fraudulent to us as consumers. Hotel was dirty and degrading to our family. We checked out ... immediately, were not refunded our money and had to go to another hotel and pay an extra 1,000.

Hotel room was dingy looking and not clean. Kitchen area cabinet doors appeared to be coming off the hinges. No elevator ... for 2nd floor room. I had recent knee surgery, so having an elevator would have been nice.

was a nice room - has full kitchen ( no stove ) - seperate bed room with door - the room we had was somewhat out dated - per ... the front dest when we checked in they were in the process of redoing the hotel - we did not get one of the new rooms. Thye do offer a free breakfast everyday wich was a nice welcome - not having to spend 20-30 on breakfast everyday.
