Nice hotel, good location
DaveyG Sep 14, 2009
Had a small issue with Embassy Suites not recognizing that the room was booked (and prepaid) through Orbitz - Orbitz was ... quick to address and Embassy Suites quickly corrected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, although needs to be cleaned a little bit more (lots of floating leaves, etc). The Koi fish in the ponds in the main area were really cool.

What a great value! In the heart of the trendy Biltmore area, which gave great access to many different parts of the Metro ... area, but didn't cost a fortune. Even with a microwave, refrigerator, THREE sinks, 2 flatscreen TV's, a great cooked to order breakfast, a limited free bar EVERY night AND a sitting/office area totally seperate from the bedroom! Whether on business or pleasure, I highly recommend staying there. I can't imagine how you would possibly be disappointed! P.S. Only slight negative: Parking is $6 a day. Not very expensive, but for an outdoor uncovered lot? In Phoenix? I think it should have been included, but not a very big deal

The Fashion Park at Biltmore is directly across the street. Many high end stores there (not really my type) with a few very nice dining options there.

Go to Sam's restaurant upstairs in the north end of Mall for economic and wonderful dinners that include pastas and BBQ along with salads and tasty fish dishes.

Embassy Biltmore arizona
Jehrue Jun 28, 2009
This is one of the nicest Embassy's around. Large quite king bed suite for $109 that include free drinks 6-8pm . The ... breakfast was free and oh boy was it great. Hot made to order omelettes and french toast, fresh cut fruit including half grapefruits. You can go for safe walks around the million dollar mansion hood with a golf course in the middle. shopping mall next to it. One thing negative they charge $6 bucks a day for car parking.

Pleasure trip
RODNEY Sep 9, 2007
This hotel is located in a prime Phoenix location. It's very close to shopping, great restaurants and lots of local ... activities and clubs. The rooms are nice and have a front living area with a desk, chairs, couch and TV. The bedroom is roomy with comfortable beds and TV. Closet space is adequate and there is a bar area with sink, microwave and coffee machine. The only complaint I had was that there is very, very low water pressure in the room for showering adequately.

Great location
Kristina Jun 10, 2007
The hotel is right next door to the Biltmore shopping area with lots of good restaurants too. The free breakfast at the ... hotel is great, as well, with custom omelettes, waffles and the usual continental breakfast offerings. The rooms are roomy and there is an extra sink vanity in the bedroom. The pool area looked nice, although I didn't use it. My only gripe was the pillows were uncomfortable... too overstuffed.
