Truly interesting

The daily cook to order breakfast was truly a delight. It included everything you would want for breakfast and more. The ... daily manager's reception was excellent. Cocktails and beers for adults and soda's for children and adults. The snacks were good also. Just need a way so people would not be so wasteful with the chips and snack mix. Fantastic location for our family reunion. Customer service reps. were very patient and helpful. The banquet servers and banquet rep. were fantastic and the food was delicious. You were a truly a great host for our family reunion.

great weekend stay

came to Columbus for a birthday party for our granddaughter. just stayed the night. a little noisy from atrium in the outer ... room but fine in the bedroom. bath a bit tight for two. overall very positive experience -- our second stay.

Great Place to Sleep and Do Business but not for working out

The Embassy Suites Columbus was a very nice, modern, and well staffed hotel. The room was very comfortable and there was very ... little noise from the oustide. The location was close to the highway and close to the place I was doing business so it was very well placed. The food from room service was also good and the staff who delivered it was friendly. The only complaint I really had other than the check in was the gym. It was smelly, small, and poorly maintained. As I travel quite a bit this is an amenity that I use frequently, but I still despite this was able to get in a good work out on the limited number of machines available. Overall I give this hotel a 4 out of 5 rating and would recommend it and stay there in the future.
