Good night stay , but take pockets full

Some what of a problem at check-in about the next days complimentary breakfast.They said no but we had it on our ... confirmation.(they gave in). Very expensive drink by the pool-$11.99 for a small plastic glass which we ended up taking inside to watch a football game because she would not turn the channel till after it had started.

Overnight at the Hilton

We just overnighted between flights. Not as nice as the Hilton in Charlotte,NC the next couple nights. Wake up phone kept ... ring for a 1/2 hour.

Great Hotel by airport

Hotel was great, staff was very helpful. It was close to the airport and easy to find. We would stay there again when we ... fly into Miami and need a place. We were only there for one night before we drove down to the Keys but the stay was wonderful. You could hear some airplanes when you were outside but nothing from inside.

Positive: -Upon calling operator to see how to connect to internet, was provided great detailed explanation. -Shuttle ... to/from Airport every 20 min 5AM-1AM -White Bedding with Down Comforter -Clean Room -Great Concierge-told us about restaurants(even called to see when they close). Negative: -Paid Parking $10 (1.5 hrs parked) -Not friendly Reception -Expensive restaurant (Buffet $24/person, not much to eat) -Snacks inside room that you can look at, but if you want them have to pay including water. -No microwave, no fridge in room (just a coffee maker).

On exiting the hotel, saw that a Burger King that we had not seen from the hotel. It was in walking distance if you were in good shape...probably about a mile. Think it may be worth the hike tho, since hotel food just ok and expensive.
