very happy Sep 11, 2009
The resort was very clean, all the people were kind and the breakfast buffet rocked. We took the tour to get the free dinner, ... our saleman didn't really speak good English so he wasn't pushy and it only took 90 minutes, the dinner was lovely. I would stay here again

Great Value for the Price!
Ashley05 Aug 25, 2009
I went on spring break with three other girlfriends, we searched all night checking out reviews and trying to decided on a ... hotel to stay at that was affordable. I think we made a great choice of staying at the feista Americana Villas we got a great rate, very friendly staff, great pool area and great location. there was always something fun going on by the pool area like bingo, or some kind of contest to win free drinks. there is also a wounderful happy hour by the pool buy one get on free!! and the drinks are only around $5.00 each! The rooms are not 5 star quaility but were didnt expect that for what we paid. you dont spend much time in the room on vacation anyway or we didnt at least.

For $4/month we got our cell phone service (alltel) to give us service in Mexico. It was great. Also, the Mexican Outlet has just as good prices as the flea market, mostly the same stuff, but air conditioned & no vendors pestering (& I do mean pestering) you.

great value great location

Great little (5 stories) hotel. After a lot of looking, we got the best exchange rate at the hotel. Halls arent carpeted ... (maybe thats standard) so hallway noise is pronounced. Charge for coffee in room & extra charge for cream sugar stirrers bundle. Pool great, beach small& seawalled but many we talked to had no beach from hurricane so CHECK THIS CAREFULLY wherever you book. GREAT tho pricey bkfst buffet in a lovely seaside open air restaurant. Best thing is location, walking distance to shops, nitelife, pharmacy very handy. The big hotels on the eastern strip are very isolated, no walking anywhere. Free tho valet parking.

GREAT STAY!!!!!!!
3 Amigas [*]!! Mar 26, 2009
We had a wonderful time!! The breakfast buffet was out of this world!!! The food was tasteful and satisfying. The location ... was in walking distance of All major attractions and resturants. The Clubs were live!!!! We got to see Snoop Dogg in Concert.. It was soooo many people!!! We met people from every part of the world. Before coming to Mexico we were a little concerned for our safety and apprehensive due to the news coverage on drug wars... LET ME TELL YOU... it was just the opposite!!! Can't wait until NEXT YEAR/SPRING BREAK!!!

We took taxes/bus it takes allof 3-4 minutes, if that.. The clubs were GOLDEN!!!!

Great hotel!
Frozen New Englander Mar 4, 2009
Hotel was great-clean and easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. We had a 1 bedroom which had a huge bedroom, jacuzzi ... tub, full kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa and large balcony with chaise lounges. Absolutely nothing to do at the hotel after sunset, but we didn't see much going on at the ones next door either. We walked down to the restaurants every night. The 100.00 credit advertised requires taking a timeshare presentation!

You can take a bus from right outside for 7 pesos (about 50 cents)They run every 5 minutes and you just tell the driver where you want to get off. We used the bus to go down to Magaritaville and back as it was a bit of a hike.Definitely worth doing they put on a great show! Just make sure you get on a bus heading in the direction you want to go or you have to get off and catch a different one in the right direction!
