Okay...but nothing special

It was an okay hotel...I've been at better. The first room I was at was very oddly constructed and curved down where the bed ... was so you constantly hit your head. I was moved into a much nicer room with a view of the docklands. The biggest problem i had with the hotel was the location...it was nowhere near a tube station so you had to wait to take a shuttle to get to the nearest one.

Excellent service when I needed to get something sent to Paris ahead of my arrival. the concierge was most helpful, as were ... the rest of the staff. There were problems with the business center printers but they tried their best to resolve the situation, although unable to do so. Still, think that the staff were very nice
