Good, Comfortable place for a night

Stayed Sunday thru Friday, (working trip - was in hotel from 7pm to 8am) Friday night was the only night where neighborly ... noises were noticeable - the rest of the nights were quiet. In house restaurant is good for breakfast (good variety and quantity for price) Dinner is overpriced (way way overpriced considering the quality restaurants nearby)

Non Inviting Hotel

The hotel was very boring and I was very dissapointed in the room. It looked more like a Motel than a hotel and it was not ... worth $153 a night. I will NEVER SAY THERE AGAIN! The room should havebeen nicer and should have had a refrigerator and a microwave. Even the bed was smaller than the regular King size bed. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in! Holiday Inn has really went down!

The hotel was nicely remodeled and in a great location. The room service was closed at 8:30 pm; too early for me to order a ... late dinner. There was hair on the bathroom floor left from the previous guest.

worked for the Jesusita Fires i asked for a cleaner room, asked for a hair dyer and also handsoap it was the worst hotel ... that i stayed at, for business the room faced the street and when i asked to change rooms the front desk told me that they could because i did the resatvation on the internet.

My son really enjoyed their pool. The pool was heated and he was able to go in during the day and at night. They also had a ... nice fire pit near the pool with an open bar that served food as well. Its near the 101 fwy so we weren't to far from everything...

Dirty, think again!

The Holiday Inn Santa Barbara-Goleta was a disappointment. We arrived in the evening for late check-in, and the first room we ... were given was filthy! The comforter was stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We were given another room, but only to have the bathtub filled with water and a towel soaking in it. The heater didn't work, and only really cold air was coming thru. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix the air/heater. Having to change to 3 rooms in one evening is unacceptable! I called to complain and they only comped us a free breakfast that was quite pathetic!Runny eggs, opaque sausage and stale waffles! Yuck!Also, it wasn't cheap either!! I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to my enemies!!
