Very nice room!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Business center allowed free internet access and printing. WiFi in room ... worked perfectly. Very happy with my stay!

The hotel is sort of out by the interstate. There are Prime Outlets very nearby (less than 1 mi) but a short drive (<15 min) in to Charleston will get you to wonderful restaurants and downtown.

I thought the complimentary breakfast for club suite is a good deal. In fact, the complimentary breakfast is toast, bread, ... and oatmeal. If you want the 'real' complimentary breakfast which displayed next to the bread, e.g. meats (e.g. bacon, sausage), potatoes, and scrumble eggs, it would cost $3.99 per person. Thus, we ended up paying the breadfast...

Disappointed that after requesting Club Floor room, the "Club" was closed during my stay. Hotel did give coupon for breakfast ... but only after I asked. Later discover that a group staying in hotel were using club room as their "hospitality room". This annoyed me. As a Starwood Gold member, I expected more.

I enjoyed the drinks and food that was offered at the club level. Saved a lot with the club level discount the hotel ... provided. Would stay here again. Highly recommend checking this place out when you visit Charleston.

Very nice hotel, parking is convenient but long walk to room elevators. First night I was in a second room away from main ... elevators on the 3rd floor. Annoying noises. My colleage was on another floor in a room next to the elevator: very bad. We both moved rooms for the second night. I would stay there again, just be forewarned about the elevator rooms!

Good place for business in Charleston

I was in Charleston for business/pleasure. This hotel had a wonderful indoor outdoor pool. It is centrally located between ... Summerville and Charleston and approx 1/2 hour to shore points. The service was great and the rooms clean, (however the maid did forget about us once, and they were a little short on the room towels) otherwise a great location.

This hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was not ... heated. The staff was great. My son left his nitendo ds in the room. Housekeeping found it and the hotel manager mailed it to us the next day. Great staff. Very friendly. We will stay here again!
