I really liked the location to restaurants and the freeway. Seattle was easy to get to. Rooms had a great layout with the ... sitting area and vanity. Breakfast was good but I wish was included. I would stay here again and probably will next year for the same conference I was here for.

Try the Thai Kitchen just down the road. Great Thai food that was reasonably priced for a nice atmosphere.

This motel was very central and close to the activities we had scheduled. It was easy to head to downtown Seattle or visit ... places in Bellevue and Redmond. The area is quite beautiful, especially this time of year. There are a lot of things to do in the Seattle area and we would come back again and again.

It was a great place to come back to after attending Mariner games and shopping. Easy to get to, lots of good restaurants ... nearby and unlike places we've stayed in Seattle, free parking!

Secluded and lovely landscaping in an area with easy access to freeway so we could attend two weddings. We would have liked a ... little better walking and bike riding area.

Great place to unwind
Anne Joy Jul 21, 2009
The pool and hot tub were fabulous and great for the kids. The courtyard was beautiful and quiet. Loved having coffee in ... our room. Our room was fully equiped with an ironing board, small fridge and internet access. Great location too. We were within 20 minutes of everything we did while visiting Seattle. The only think I would have liked better is if they had a continental breakfast, but there were great restaurants all around.

misleading room description
Convention goer/ vacation with teens Jun 29, 2009
Description indicated that there was a sitting/living area which would have been ideal having teenagers. But it was no ... different than a regular hotel room with a comfy chair and a small table. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The free internet was great. The free use of computer and printer in the common area/lobby was a great perk.

Marriott Courtyard
NY Traveler Jun 15, 2009
Requests for extras (blankets, sundries) were always handled promptly and in a most courteous manner. Employees were very ... friendly and helpful! The place was clean and quiet, with plenty of parking. Its location (near highway, shopping, restaurants) is ideal if your visit requires you to be in the Microsoft neighborhood.

Skip the hotel breakfast as it's too expensive, whether you're having a full or continental breakfast. Go to the Denny's down the street (south on 148th) where the prices are reasonable and the food is good. That Denny's has been there for over 20 years, and there's a reason for that. They're a better alternative for breakfast.

Bellvue/Redmond hotel
Tom Jul 30, 2007
This is pretty much a typical Courtyard hotel. The rooms are basically the same as most in the chain. The location was ... perfect for us. Right next to the Microsoft campus, easy access to freeway to Seattle. Easy to get to, very quiet neighborhood, beautiful trees. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the breakfast. At times they ran out of items on the buffet and we had to go looking for someone to refill the items. Most mornings things went off well, however. I'd definitely stay there again if I were back in the Seattle area.
