Not all that was represented

The room was clean and fairly quiet. The breakfast was without English muffins or bagels to toast (noted above the ... container, Sorry, we're out of English muffins and bagels). I asked if someone might go to the store and supply what was listed and was promptly told, No. There was only one person tending the front desk between 8 and 9 am and the one person attending the desk was also in charge of making coffee which became secondary to the needs of persons at the front desk. The cereal to eat was approximately 50 boxes of Fruit Loops! No other choices, other than tiny little muffins. We are scheduled to stay there one more night and will give it a second and last chance, but I really doubt too much of a change. Some one really dropped the ball on this one!
