The hotel was very close to the beach & shopping areas. However, we could not keep the room temperature balanced & it was ... very noisy. Apparently, there was a little league football team staying the same weekend as us. The pool supervision was awful!

Make sure to check out the shops all along 5th Avenue S. There is also another great beach area there! Beaches are beautiful! Great for shell collecting

Hotel was not prepared to handle the number of guests. The complimentary breakfast was gone and no tables available. We end ... up going for breakfast elsewhere. The pool area is too small and no towels or chairs were available.We end up buying our own towels and going to the beach. The complimentary valet parking...you had to wait forever for anyone to appear and help you! Summary of our experience: Bad service!, poor planning from hotel management......a very bad taste in our mouth. I do not believe we will ever come back to that hotel when we go to Naples.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The pool is beautiful, and the hot ... tub is great! Very clean. The hotel is located close to the beach, stores and plenty of restaurant options nearby, including Shula's steak house on location. The shuttle will drop you off and pick you up from the beach. They even provide you with a beach chair, towels, and small cooler with water in it! It can't get any better than that! These extras really seperate this hotel! We got the room and bed size that we requested and there are no hidden resort fees. Perfect location in Naples to visit. Absolutely beautiful! We had the best time!

We spent a little bit of time at the Hilton during our stay. What time we did spend there was fantastic. Shula's restaurant ... which is located in the hotel was fantastic. The pool was gorgeous and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Everyone was very friendly.

Only complaint is that are room was located near the elevator so it could be nosy at times. However, that is all!! ... Otherwise, it was a great place and a great price. We did not use the pool or any amenitites except the restaurant which was superb!

I have never stayed at a Hilton Hotel that wan't first class and this one was first class also! They have taken time to put ... in almost anything anyone could ask for. The only thing that I thought was overpriced was the food at Shula's Restuarant. I would have liked the water pressure on the shower to have been stronger but other than those 2 minor things it was fantastic. There are lot's of other places to eat close by and I chose to eat at the restuarant so I shouldn't complain. Have a good time but take aour American Express if you eat there!

The Marimor outlets are only about 13 miles away and are the best I've been to. The Polo outlet had great prices.

Perfect business overnighter

Just needed to be able to hole up and get work done and prepare for business lunch the next day. It was perfect, especially ... the dual two-cup coffee machine and higher grade coffee than most packet coffee. Plus there was a refrigerator so I didn't need to ice my small cooler of food. Free wireless, comfy bed, and didn't hear noise from rooms on either side. Hotel is green-wise, only does the sheets every three days unless you specify or need more often. has new energy efficient bulbs in lamps. Also has a jogging trail through the neighborhood to the beach - safe and visually entertaining. There's a parking garage underneath if you want or need to park your vehicle in the shade or if it's raining. This is Florida, after all.

The Hilton Naples and Towers was very beautiful and the perfect setting for our honeymoon. The room was spacious and ... tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the location and enjoyed daily excursions to Clam Pass Beach via the hotel shuttle.
