Situated on beautiful Lake Bryan only one mile from the Walt Disney World Complex, Grand Beach Resort offers a fun-filled vacation for all ages. It is a quiet lakefront getaway with all the comforts of home, yet Orlando's most famous attractions are just minutes away. After a busy day at Walt Disney World, SeaWorld or Universal Studios, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or relax in the hot tub, or enjoy fishing, canoeing and other water sports on Lake Bryan.
Disclaimer: Effective July 7th, 2006, a midweek cleaning for reservations booked more than 6 nights at the resort. We are no longer offering daily maid service. There is a fee per room for the safe: $0.50 (payable directly to property).
Daily housekeeping is available for:
Three Bedroom - $35 Daily light clean/ $75 Daily full clean
Towel Exchange - $8 for a complete Towel Exchange
ALL of our resorts will require a Major credit card ONLY deposit for all guests. No cash or debit cards allowed. The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. If there is damage or items missing the guest will be charged.

The Grand Beach Resort is secluded in 18 wooded acres. Resort overlooks Lake Bryan. Only minutes from Disney's Epciot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Downtown disney, Pleasure Island and MGM studios. Also very close is SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, Universal City Walk, Gatorland, The Holy Land Experience, Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Center.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't like the fact that you check in then have to go get your parking pass from another ... person who is trying to sale time share. They try to get you to go to a meeting about the time share by offering you discounts on tickets. I was there to spent time with my family not sit in a time share meeting. I declined and the guy made me feel like I was missing out on the greatest. Other than that the rooms were very nice.

what a beautiful location and accommodations! The only drawback would apply to all similar locations in Orlando - there's no ... opportunity to walk anywhere. A car would be absolutely necessary to enjoy any other Orlando attractions. The rooms were spacious, well equipped.

Great stay, easy to get to, quiet and luxurious room, more than enough space, all the ammenities we needed, could use an ... upgrade on the TV's, free internet connection would be nice, but otherwise, a very nice stay, more than enough room, very well appointed and one of the nicest places we have stayed, would definetly go back again.

Visiting Orlando area for a wedding weekend. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suites were spacious, very tastefully appointed and had ... full kitchens which were very well stocked. The location was excellent as it was close to the Disney resort and other attractions, many restaurants and malls. The siting of the hotel was picuresque on Lake Bryan--the patios had nice views of the lake and grounds. The units were immaculate and the staff was very helpful, esp. the interns at the front desk from China and South Africa.

I booked a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment to share with my extended family for a 3 night stay. We were there to meet up with ... some other family members visiting from another state for a 'mini family reunion'. Yet another family member booked another room adjacent to ours for the same reason. It was an economical choice because we shared the cost of the apartment and since it has a full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, etc., we were able to cook there and not eat out. Everyone loved the rooms, comfortable beds, jacuzzi tubs and big screened-in porch. The pools were very nice & they had activities for kids. We hope to stay there again for another reunion next year.

The location is great, the grounds beautiful, the pools were absolutely perfect. Everything was wonderful, although we did ... feel some pressure to attend the timeshare presentation which was a waste of time. Upon check-in the hotel clerk tried to charge my credit card again for the room.

The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The location was excellent. Not too far from the Disney attractions. Felt very ... safe, mainly because you needed your room key to get on the floor we were staying on. Many activities for the kids and also for the adults. The pool area was also clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this resort. Looking forward to staying there once again with more family and friends. The kitchen are was very well stocked, with glasses, silverware, dishes and cooking utensils, which made it easy to prepare some of our meals.
