extremely clean, needs 1-2 more elevators

It was an immaculte hotel, friendly, rooms were super, price was excellent, but it desparately needs 1-2 more elevators, ... especially a service elevator. The dining facility needs to be expanded at least 1 to 2 more times. At first we were thrilled, when we left we said it was our last stay there. After carrying our luggage down 2 flights of stairs because the elevators were jammed with either maids or convention kids my husband and I said NEVER AGAIN!
