Hotel staff not at all interested in our welfare, knowledge of their facility or comfort level. No continental breakfast a ... definite drawback. Breakfast (buffet style) expensive and not hot. Room clean and very comfortable.

Really liked the hotel, located right for us... Staff was very friendly, hotel overall very clean. The noise comment was ... because the room faced the freeway...could not be helped...and not a GIANT problem. Overall, I will choose this hotel when I stay in SF again...

The room was fine, nothing special. The dinner in the restaurant was suprisingly delicious. The staff knew very little about ... the area. The staff could not help with local attractions, local dining or room issues. There was a slight language barrier; most of the employees spoke English as their second language.

We asked about local dining and they gave us 30% off at the hotel restaurant. We used that and the meal was the best part of the stay in the hotel.

The room and hallway was in need of renovation. The A/C was very noisy. A "3-star" hotel needs to have in room amenities ... such as a mini-bar and coffee maker. There were no convenience or drug store nearby to purchase snake, water, medicine, etc...

The hotel was beautiful. Just renovated, modern look. Lobby was nice, staff friendly and the rooms great. Lots of pillows and ... room to stretch out. Only downside is the location. I don't know about dive bars like the description says. Its a pretty lonely area. Its very close to the airport so if that's all you are looking for then great but its a pretty good hike from downtown SF but then again so is the airport.

The room was nice, however while checking out, my credit card was charged an ADDITIONAL $48 for parking! We were unaware ... that there was a $16 per night charge for parking. We were not told by Cheaptickets, or by the hotel upon checking in. Each day we had our parking "validated"...for what??? It really made no sense. Had I known about these crazy fees, we would never have booked this hotel!
