The Ramada Allentown-Whitehall, having undergone major renovations, is excited to offer the convenience of being located off of Rt. 22 and is convenient to interstate 78 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. My room was spacious and comfortable. My problem was with the noise. There were ... children and teenagers running up and down the hallway screaming and banging doors until well after midnight. I called the front desk twice to complain. Although they said they would send someone no one ever showed up. Again at 4AM there were three teenagers screaming in the hall way. It was the worst night ever due to the fact that the hotel staff did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I was shocked that Ramada kept its name on the hotel that was in bad need of maintenance. We had no air conditioning in our ... room and the managements response was to give us a fan. Our sheets has cigarette burn marks. There were soda and snack machines in the hall but were out of order. The people were friendly--they had to make up for everything else. I would not recommend this hotel until the renovations are complete. Difficult to get to.
