Great Location But tired

we chose this place for the price and location and we got what we asked for . the room was heated by a radiator that couldn't ... be controlled and was very hot . the smell from the room and hall spray was far from pleasant.The room although small was clean but could use better lighting and controlled heat and grab bars in the tub

This hotel would be good for tourists that do not plan to be in the room except to sleep. It is not good for business ... travel, as the room did not have a desk (it was only about 10 x 10, the smallest hotel room I have ever had).

I'm 21 years old and was staying in the city for the night with my boyfriend. I picked the Ameritania for the price and ... location. It's right near Central Park and Times Square. There are a good few bars within walking distance. We had a great time. I'd definitely recommend it.

I came to NY to see the city. With that being said I knew I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the hotel room. ... Thankfully I had great weather because the room was not nearly the size I had expected. However, the staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The hotel has a GREAT location right off broadway directly behind The Late Show. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Central Park was a few blocks down, Times Square was within an arms reach, and there were LOTS of restaurants. I would recommend this place if you are traveling on a budget and are looking for a place close to all the action.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND THE BED SAGGED IN THE MIDDLE. THEY WERE WILLING TO CHANGE US BUT THE ROOM THAT WE LOOKED AT WAS ... EVEN SMALLER. LETS ME STRESS THE ROOMS WHERE SMALL BUT THE LCOATION WAS GREAT. THE HOTEL ROOMS WER NOT ALL THAT NICE.....

This hotel met all the needs my daughters and I had for our trip to NYC. The beds were comfortible and clean. The bathroom ... worked fine for the three of u.
