Lovely property, spotty service

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay despite our ... requests that it be done. We never got clean towels.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The room was nice and clean and well-stocked with towels and such. There was a very nice and relaxing balcony to sit on. ... Free internet was a big plus as well as good free TV channels. I thought that there was supposed to be complimentary breakfast, but there was not any. Breakfast cost I think $12/person and closed at 9:30 am. There was an exercise room but only 3 work-out equipments with a weight station, very small. The pool was a nice size, but was very shallow and did not have varying depth. There was also a whirlpool. Laundry machines were available for $2/wash and then $2/drying, which is pretty expensive. Location of the hotel was in a nice and quiet place, but there wasn't too much to do for tourists.

There was a nice business center with computers and internet. The rooms are nice. The beds are a little soft. The restaurant ... next door had a nice bar but the food was not worth eating.
