Very nice hotel but the entrance is hard to get to. They need an informal resturant, the one they have is too fancy/ upscale ... for most travelers. Good thing there are so many resturants within walking distance. Rooms service was great, very fast and the food was hot!

Many nice eateries within a short walk of hotel. All price ranges.

Nice Hotel
Andrew Dec 2, 2007
The Hilton Adelaide is a fine hotel, and centrally located. My room was well above what one might expect, and the pool and ... gym were adequate. Cigarette butts in the pool and around the pool area made the morning workout a bit of an adventure, but I would stay in the hotel again. Besides once they get the cigarette butts out of the pool, and get the spa working, they will have a first rate property there. Happy travels!

The National Wine Centre of Australia is not far at all. They have a very interesting interactive education area, and an impressive selection of wines to sample. If you like wine, it is a must.
