Comfortable but not Internet friendly

The room was very clean and neat. I do think you could offer a "green" alternative as Hampton Inn does - for example, I ... certainly don't need to have my sheets and towels laundered every day and I don't need a fresh bar of soap. That would save you money and energy expenditure. I couldn't get on the Internet and the staff was not very helpful about this - and quite frankly, they didn't seem terribly concerned about it. I was VERY unhappy about this because I needed to get some work done in my room at night and I didn't want to work in the business center. Next time, please tell me if the room has cable connection or not so I can choose the cable and skip the hassle with the wireless.

Too hot and smelly for comfort!

The room's heating system would not shut off and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The room smelled like some pain ... relief ointment. The plastic shower dial was broken and sharp; the shower drain cap was broken. When using the shower, the pipes made a horrible screeching sound!
