"Fantastic family getaway"

we had a great time. everything was great! perfect location, not to far from the parks. the rooms were clean the only ... problem we had was that the water smelled really bad the night we got there but i guess it was just because maybe nobody had been there to run the water in a while. when we woke up the next morning it was fine. other than that we all had a blast.

The first house we were in was a 4 bdrm pool home, but the a/c didn't work and it was 11pm. However, the staff put us in ... another house right away with no problem. We stayed 10 days with 4 kids and it was great! Very close to the Disney.

The home we stayed in was great!! Very comfortable. The pool seemed to have a problem the pump wasn't working and the pool ... was losing water daily. Still worked for us.The kids loved it. Very close to Disney! Would book again in future visit.

Families First Vacations made it easy to check in. We had trouble reaching the maintenance group while we were occupying the ... home...we needed the heat turned on the pool because FL had a cool front move through and the pool was too cold to swim. It cost us an additional $35/day to heat the pool.

When arriving in Orlando we had to drive 6 miles out of our way to get the actual keys....We arrived at 1645 and they had ... already dropped our keys into an external drop box...we managed to have the last employee get them for us....we then went to the complex were the key code given to us was incorrect as it had been modified since 1st April.... The three bedroom we rented was showing signs of age .... there was marks on all the walls....one single beds was broken....one phone was broken.... The following day we tried to contact the rental company to report the damage ....after several tries we left a message to return our call...they never did....

My family and I have never been so disappointed in a location. It was Spring break, therefore, it took us 45 minutes to ... travel each way to see them. If a family thought they would be close to Disney (because Celebration is very close), very disappointed.

We needed a code to get onto the property and another code to get into the lockbox for the room.Trying to contact the owner ... for this information was nearly impossible. VERY stressful. I would be hesitant before using this vaction hotel again.
