run down rusted shower, busted walls with poor repair jobs. old toilets with stains. stains on bedspreads. didnt want the ... kids to touch anything. Breakfast @ 8:30 and they were out of most stuff. very small breakfast area with lots of people jammed tight in. right of freeway very noisey.

The hotel was well located for us. We liked the access to the beach and the nearby shopping center. The only complaint we ... had was that the breakfast room doesn't have enough seating. Other than that, the place was fine and we'd return.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They have early/late check-outs at no additional cost. Room came with microwave & coffee ... maker. Safe location close to the beach. Continental breakfast was good; I would stay here again in the future.

We had 4 family groups from Arizonia getting together for a memorial service for the famly patriarch. The rooms were situated ... perfectly so that we could be together and the kids were really impressed with the pool. We will definitely return again.

Stayed to go to a wedding nearby. The room was kind of small and but it had everything you needed in it. We came with other ... people and there was not rooms near each other so we could be close so they immediately cleaned a room for us. It i in a nice area with a shopping center a block or so up the street ( also nice). We needed a cab that night so all we did was call the front desk and there was one waiting when we got there. Then the cab didn't know where to go and the front desk printed out driving directions. We didn't go to the breakfast in the morning but friends did and they where pleased...not your average continental breakfast. Overall I would suggest it and stay there again.

Family of 4: including a 5 month old and a 4 year old. We stayed for 4 days. Got one of the queen bed suite rooms. I will say ... that the room was older/dirtier than expected no bugs etc but just seemed old. The rooms were very small we felt even for the suits. Close proximity to restaurants and legoland. EXCELLENT staff! We got there early and although we had to wait an hour to checkin (no early check in) they gave us some towels and we went to the pool- nice heated pool. Overall good staff! Breakfast was good too- CROWDED very CROWDED but good food

Everyone was friendly and helpful.The rooms were cozy and very clean.The pool was huge and my daughter and I enjoyed it. The ... jacuzzi hit the spot after a very stressful work week. The hotel was very close to Legoland and shopping. It was a great place to have our "staycation".

We had a great dinner at Kings fish house off Palomar Airport Rd. and right accross from that is a huge outlet mall. Also, if Sea World isnt in your plans, we recommend trying to fit it in. We added it at the last minute and just loved it!

The ocean is within walking distance. Legoland and shopping are within in a short drive. We took the train into downtown San Diego by walking to the station which was close by. It was an excellent way to travel.
