Only stayed one night. They had a free breakfast which had everything. Beautiful pool & grounds. Good location near food & ... activities.

Hotel choice was based on location, which worked out perfect. However the breakfast bar was not well stocked and continually ... running out of food; the maids didn't provide room service on Friday; the cable service for TV left alot to be desired (some channels didn't work and the desk clerk said it's an ongoing problem--didn't seem to be concerned), and the additional hotel guests on Friday/Saturday night provided a lot of noise! Although the Holiday Inn Express line is for the budget minded traveler, this particular hotel seemed to be on the lower scale. Staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and presentable.

In a nutshell, very average to below average place to stay in such a great setting. My room was next to the food ... storage/kitchen, and I was awakened each and every morning to the sounds of banging and loud talking by the breakfast crew. The pool was unusable for 3 days of my 5 day trip. The Wi-Fi was impossible to get onto. And, the view I had was staring at a generator and sub-station. C- on a rating

We were in town for a concert...the staff, the pool, the rooms...we couldn't have asked for a better stay! They were ... helpful, accomodating and fun to be around. Breakfast the next morning was very welcomed as well!

The pool area wasn't very well kept and the hottub was cold for most of our stay; very disappointing! Only one of the many ... front desk staff were helpful, the others acted like we were bothering them.
