Before becoming Atlanta*s first bed and breakfast inn in 1982, the three story building was occupied throughout the 1930*s by wealthy, elderly single women seeking a luxurious apartment-style residence in the prestigious Buckhead section of the city. Its charm has endured, and today is reminiscent of small hotels and inns you would find scattered throughout Europe. The Beverly Hills Inn boasts eighteen spacious suites furnished with and eclectic collection of antique furniture, hardwood floors, rugs, balconies, with seasonal flower boxes, love seats, free wireless hi-speed internet, data-port telephones, televisions, private bathrooms and kitchens and one honeymoon suite, with whirlpool tub and canopy bed. You can enjoy a cup of tea in the lower level garden room, or if you prefer, settle into the cozy library where you will find plenty of books and magazines as well as a computer with high speed internet and a fax machine. Your host has taken every care to ensure that your visit to the Inn is a relaxing and enjoyable on and on that elicits memories of a slower, time away from the hustle and bustle of today*s modern world. The Inn has been featured in The New York Times, London Times, Los Angeles Times, The Australian, CNN, Southern Living, and Time Magazine as well and many international periodicals.

Feels like home
Meribeto Nov 18, 2009
Beautiful room - or maybe I shouldn't call it a room. It actually feels like we have the whole apartment with everything. We ... could stay a few weeks and won't feel we're away from home. Walking distance to stores and some restaurants. It'll be our first choice if we return to Atlanta in the future.

Tasteful alternative to mega hotels
Molly Nov 6, 2009
Rooms feel like a studio apartment each retaining it's 1920's great old original interior finishes- hardwood floors, plaster ... walls, etc. All with french doors opening onto a balcony. Staff friendly yet unobtrusive. Continental breakfast the usual.

Very Disappointed
Mitch S Sep 7, 2009
I made this reservation 2 months in advance. I even called a month before to verify that everything was in order. On the way ... to the hotel I decided to call to see if I could check in early. When I did this the hotel said that they had canceled my reservation because they did not honor the price that orbitz set. So I had no place to stay and called orbitz to make this right and they said they would find my a hotel and call me back and they never did. I had to go outside of the city to find a hotel. Very disappointing trip. Spent most of it try to find a place to sleep.

British B&B in Atlanta
Bubba Aug 13, 2009
A small apartment building has been transformed into a B&B. The rooms, which once were apartments, have kitchenettes and ... tiled bathrooms. It's a little bit dowdy, but that's part of the charm. The convenient location is just off of Peachtree in Buckhead. There's also off-street parking in the back.
