Spacous room for NY City

The hotel itself is nice. Though it is located next to the port authority bus depot. The room was a nice size. The bed was ... comfortable. Conceirce service was okay. Everyday it was some one new. They looked information up online. I could have done that. They are able to get tickets for Broadway shows but not at a discount. I would have been better off buying them myself ahead of time. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice. We had a great time.

Hells Kitchen is a great area with many resturants to choose from. We never had a reservation. Place were always welcoming.

The room was very comfy and very clean and very close to TimeSquare. There was a slight issue with the room key but the ... staff took care of it with no problem. I was even able to check in earlier then expected. :)

Good located, but ...

The location is very good, just few steps from dinning, entertaining, the bus terminal, the subway, but the street was not so ... good. If you just want to stay with friendly and nice staff in a spotless room this is the place, but if you want to enjoy in the lobby of hotel, takes few drinks and/or eat in, this is not. For us was perfect because we just get in to sleep and then leave early morning to enjoy the city.
