This Courtyard gets it all right...except not being on the ocean, but you know that going in. Tasteful, well-appointed rooms ... include microwave, frig, great mattresses (the queens are MUCH better than the very good fulls, though), comfortable chair, coffee in room and lobby, attractive breakfast room with gas logs (Fuddruckers and California Dreaming are yards away), varied snacks available for sale, exercise area, indoor pool and spa with towels in swimming area. Check-in and out took seconds. Staff was welcoming to the teens I had with me the first trip. Super convenient to House of Blues, Barefoot Landing and Tanger. Really the BEST choice for a jaunt to House of Blues or Alabama Theater. As nice as hotels in much higher price range (rates were excellent in November).

Great place to stay. You need a car to get around to anything though, so do rent one. Otherwise, it was nice and quiet, ... breakfast was great, the rooms were clean. We loved the hot tub and the pool!

[...] had the best deal for us. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Very easy and fast check in/out. Room was quiet,spotless and ... had modern, updated decor. Hotel was close to everything. Right next to barefoot landing and House of Blues. Two minutes from beach, and a few minutes to Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Cafe. I only wish that we had received a complementary breakfast that was offered with a room at a higher price.

Even though the hotel was pretty property the room was very noisy and the toilet was very had to flush and loud. The ... television system was sort of complicated if you're not computer literate. Some of the staff was very warm and friendly and other not so much overall not too bad! The restaurant was okay but, wasn't informed of breakfast ticket so, we had to pay for breakfast no big deal. Just little things that add up overall.

The location was Great, less than 1 mile from Alabama Theater . Nothing was missing on the Hotel part. Service and amenties ... were excellent . Price was compareable to last trips to Myrtle beach in September . I will definately recommend this Hotel to friends and family .

The hotel was very busy when we checked in. Had to wait for the elevators because of the crowd. The room was nice. It was ... loud though and easy to hear the people next to us getting up, showering, etc. Also heard lots of noise in the hallway. Breakfast was good. It was very crowded in the restaurant that we had to search for a clean table. Overall it was a good experience. The price was great and worth the stay. appreciated the free breakfast and the $20 visa gift card.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. On the downside I had no idea that the breakfast was NOT included Although ... it was a full buffet. The Fairfield Inn (Marriott also) is 2 blocks away and advertises FREE BREAKFAST) The food was reasonably good in taste, It was more expensive than it should have been. We ate there only once. We had to park our vehicle in a restaurant parking lot next to the hotel due to a lack of adequate parking spaces.

We were unfortunately only able to spend one night but I would definitely stay here again. Printed on the room card was a ... free appetizer for the restaurant next door (California Dreaming), my husband asked the guy behind the counter if it was a dressy or casual place and how the food was, he stated it was more casual and he really enjoyed the place and that we should try it, the nice thing was we were able to walk there. It turned out to be one of our new favourite places to eat now. When we returned to the hotel I mentioned to the same guy behind the counter that it was wonderful and he exclaimed that he was a big fan of the place. I really appreciated the honesty and he appeared to actually care about our meal and how we liked it. Thanks, even the little things matter!

California Dreaming is an awesome place to eat. We were in the area for 6 days and ate there 3 times, their house salad is to die for. If it wasn't for the coupon from the hotel we probably wouldn't have tried it at all and we would have missed out on some really fantastic food!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Wish we had a refrigerator in the room. Also, we came across a hair on a towel and a hair in the bed. ... Kinda grossed us out. Also, the bathroom needed better cleaning. The nice size lcd tv was good. We also wished we had an outdoor pool. Although our stay wasn't perfect, we would stay again.

We really enjoyed eating at The Original Benjamin's Buffet. It has an enormous selection of seafoods to choose from, but also regular food if you are not interested in seafood. The desserts are wonderful also, as they have their own bakery on site!
