The W

The W was a significant change from its former self the Hotel Washington. While the hotel is very focused on being trendy and ... has some amazing features (the shower is particularly nice), but had some issues that drove me a bit crazy. For example, the phones did not work in the room at all (you would dial and always get a busy signal), the lights were very odd, and some of the features you would expect from a nicer hotel weren't there (mini blowdryer, no supply of toiletries if you forgot some, etc). Overall though very clean and comfortable.
