Nice, convenient, clean.

We chose this hotel, because it was across the street from Medieval Times. It also had a super breakfast (make your own ... waffles) that was included in our price. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were really clean. The only drawback was it is also very close to Knott's Berry Farm, so it was really noisy at night. Also, my kids were disappointed there were no video games on the tv. It didn't bother me, but the dancing and music was really loud and it might bother others. If so, maybe asking for a room on the other side of the hotel might help.

Some good, some BAD

A return visit of this INN, very good then. A big draw back with this visit with no a/c.Reported it to the office three ... times,never saw the same person twice.One of the 'managers' said to pack up our things and they would move us to another room. When we returned they said they didn't have any vacant rooms.With a lot to do in very little time we were stuck SIX days without air conditioning.

We went to go to Knotts Berry farm. The hotel was close to the park, with in walking distance. That was about the only ... positive part. The check in staff was not friendly, the bed was like sleeping on cardboard, and there was no comforter. The towels in the shower were like the ones you use at the gym and they were see through! We called the restaurant and no one picked up. Overall, pretty disappointed. Granted the hotel was $90, but I have had much better for cheaper.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When looking at the website I thought the pool was indoors, ... but it is not. My kids were not able to swim because it was still chilly that time of year. The room was large and set up nicely, but the bed was quite hard.

Good price for the location, near Disney and Knott's. Rooms were nice but my wife found the toilet seat and coffeemaker less ... than clean. We got a king-sized bed which was nice and the room was spacious for the amount we paid.

Wedding trip

We enjoyed sitting outside in the late afternoon before leaving for a wedding in the evening. When arriving back around ... 10:00 pm, we were afraid that the noise from next door may continue through the night, but fortunately, it stopped by 11:00 or so and was quiet from then on. The staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to see that our needs were met.

The Courtyard Marriott was a nice, quiet, clean place. We appreciated that this was a smoke free hotel. Our only problem was ... that those who couldn't smoke in the hotel stood outside by the door and we had to walk through them when we went in and out. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was sufficient for the room.
