the room's were falling apart ;bed's need to be replaced ,bathroom fixture,s were coming off this hotel needs to shift from a ... weekend party house with the smell's of beer&leftover's ,extermly loud noise to a place you can take your family too

It was ok for the price. The room had some issues with cobwebs and bathroom cleanliness. Toilet was dirty and ground in dirt ... on bottom of tub. We did appreciate the ground level as I have a bad knee but the outside door was near our room and hear it slamming shut quite often. The restaurant on-site was nice, good food, and priced right for guests. If the room had been cleaner, it would have been excellent. Additionally, we had to request soap and wash clothes as there were none in the room.

I had a sudden, emergency trip for family illness. All reservations and service while under these circumstances were handled ... professionally and courteously. Directions/map/guidance were accurate and helpful. Parking, room access, accommodations were all above average. The air conditioning seemed to be on a controlled timer, not a major problem. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

This was the hotel of "no". I didn't pay attention to the fact there was no breakfast; my fault. There was also no exercise ... room. I went down to use the house computer for a second; it was out of order. The worst part was no hand towels or washcloths. They sent some up the first night but the maids took the wet ones that morning and when the evening came there were "no clean washcloths in the hotel".
