Unbeatable location for the price

Had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful to my wife and I when we wanted to drive around to find ... restaurants and shopping malls..they gave us great directions. The breakfast was yummy in the hotel restaurant and would say is better than the millbrae pancake house that was around the corner from hotel.

It was nice but I didn't realize that guests pay an overnight fee to park. I suppose there may have been material available ... explaining this but it was an unexpected surprise to me.

The Kitchen is a restaurent with good reputation about 1.5 mils away except for slightly higher price per plate than China town.China town restaurent were availble until 2 am.You could pick your chioce.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and quiet even though close to SFO. The bed great. The ... shuttle service was helpful and a money saver.

Average + $18/day to park your car!

My overall impression of this hotel is simply average mostly due to the staff. I didn't find the hotel check-in staff very ... friendly, although other staff members seemed very nice when encountered. Also, they charge $18/day to park which wasn't expressly mentioned until we got there. Otherwise I would have used the shuttle and picked up my rental a couple of days later. Also, we got a delightful view of the roof and the back of the hotel, which wasn't too big of a deal for the price. Overall, the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub was especially nice after a marathon ;)

We had to go to a funeral and decided to stay at the airport for easier access. Turned out the hotel was great! Not too many ... restaurants close by but nice walk around outside on the water. HEavenly beds are the best. Will stay there again.

Overall a really nice place to stay. Loved my room. I don't think it was that the staff was unfriendly just most did not ... speak English. So it was hard to understand and even talk to the staff. Quite rooms being so close the airport you can not even hear the planes. Dining in at the resort is a little pricey.

I am in here for my father's trip back to his home.His flight is over midnight in SFC and location is perfect. There is ... Chinese restaurent named The Kitchen nearby and had a great cuisine. The water side walking trail is also fantastic. He impreesed with the Hotel room and accomodation overall. It's the best experience for him before he leave and I am glad.

Overbooked and Unapologetic

The hotel was overbooked for the night we had reserved a room. And even though we reserved over a month in advance they were ... unable to give us the room with 2 double beds we had already paid for. So my wife another couple and I were forced to share a room with one king bed and one roll away. They didn't reduce the cost of the room at all and didn't really apologize. Just kept saying there was nothing they could do.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The hallways are dirty and smell like smoke. The room was small, not even a phone book in it. The ... pool was not working, which is why we chose this hotel. Orbitz tried to sell shuttle service when it is free.

A reasonable place to stay

Rather ordinary, unremarkable. Not as 'up scale' as I remember it once may have been from my last stay (approx 5+ years ... ago). With a car, the location is very good for getting every where. Good, reasonably priced eating in Millbrae, close to the BART station for public access to the airport as well as to downtown SF. I would have preferred to not be charged for parking! Rooms were clean, and offered a "Green option" for not having your linens changed every day.

Absolutely perfect break during travel

The hotel was perfect in many ways. From the airport shuttle, to the water handed to me after a long run by the doorman, all ... was perfect. We stayed until 4 pm, free of charge the following day. If I stay over in SF again, I will definately stay there.
