Perfect for working traveler

I love the space that Embassy Suites afford, and this particular location was the nicest I've seen~Lovely water features in ... the lobby, very clean and well planned room design~Lots of space for work, very comfortable (great bed), easy parking & good freeway access (especially for LA)

Amazing Breakfast....great location

I was doing the college tour w/my daughter and we arrived in the evening and my daughter had an upset stomach. It was ... cocktail hour & I went down to see if their was somthing to calm my daughter's stomach. The sweet woman @ the bar was so helpful and personal that it started our stay off wonderfuly. The next morning was the free breakfast and my daughter felt well enough to order the "built by request omelette". what a wonderful breakfast you didn't leave anything out...even hot cocoa. I will visit an emabassy suites again.

North-west corner of hotel is where our room was located. Fifth floor. This is also the side of the building that the hotel ... gereator is located. It roared all night. Really bothered my wife and kids. Hotel staff said that people on the 5th floor usually don't notice it as much. Sofa hide-a-bed has seen its better days and should be replaced. Not even comfortable for a young child. My $150 dollars plus tax would have been better spent at a different location. Breakfast was as good as always.

I was there during a game at the rosebowl stadium, which was not far at all. This room provided all our needs; Two ... television, microwave, freezer/fridge, sink, couch, iron/table, etc.

We attened the LA vs. FCB Soccer game on Saturday night at the Rose Bowl. The location was great, we could get in and out ... with ease. The hotel was great and we enjoyed very much.

Nice fitness equipment. Happy hour from 5:30 - 7 pm. Nice breakfast complimentary, but busy. Eat early. Nice rooms with ... living suite and separate vanity sink for women. Only negative, only hotel with indoor pool. No outdoor pool.

Our stay was restful, the breakfast was good they had a nice selection of food. I loved the suite, my husband let me sleep in ... and he was able to watch TV in the next room. Excellent comfy beds and pillows, I should know, I have a TempurPedic at home so its hard to live up to that.

Great Home Base for Pasadena Area

The hot cooked to order eggs, pancakes and omlettes were great. The staff were super friendly and always speaking to you. ... Even thoug we would leave our room a mess the staff would heve it returned to normal when we returned in the evening. Check-in was a breeze and took all of 2 minutes and check-out was even easier and took less than a minute. Great place, we have stayed here twice in 5 years and would definitely stay here again.

When we returned to the room later on that afternoon, we noticed that the housekeeper had placed an opened, empty bottle of ... water that the hotel usually charges a fee for if you use it on the bathroom sink. We never used that water and we brought that to the front desk's attention to make sure we were not charged for it. We don't know what was to be gained by placing an empty water bottle in our room as if we had used it. The housekeeper must have also had the balcony door open while she was cleaning because there were tons of bugs flying around in our room when we returned. The complimentary breakfast could have had more choices and fresher fruit. The pool is not heated and was rather cold.
