Would recommend to a friend!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and pretty. We did have a little problem but the hotel staff took care of it ... right away. The air conditioning in our room was not working so we went downstairs to ask if there was something we could do and they upgraded us to a King size room at no charge. The staff was incredibly friendly and I would definitley stay there again.

Avoid the cruise room

We got there at midnight and were shocked when we got to our room. It was a joke with very little room. The queen matress ... was on a twin box spring so hung over the edges. We complained and got a decent room, but the low price suckered us to this off brand. Next time will stick with a known chain.

The room was nice but a could use some updating. Not bad at all for the price. The bathroom needs renovation. For one thing ... there was no ventilation fan but it was clean.

I had a jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not look like something I wanted to sit down in. My girlfriend and I were bitten by ... fleas or some kid of bug when on the bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on and gave us both a sore back. The room was not vacuumed and the carpet had a very unpleasant smell coming from a corner near the couch. The lights in the bathroom went out the last day of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and wished I picked something else.

Everything was great. Hotel was clean, convenient, spacious and in a great location. The only down side was the beds were ... only mediocre.

Was only there for a quick night, staff were not helful. Room smelled musty. The wireless internet was not working which ... included the computer in the lobby. Breakfast was not great-does anyone know bread comes in any color except white?

Smoke free room filled with ash trays burns and smoke smell. Although less than 1/4 full no other "smoke free"rooms ... available. Two queen room had full beds. Internet available only in part of lobby. Wireless in rest of hotel not available. Mornings there was a fight for few seats in range of router. 800 trouble number for internet stated that router was a home router not suitable for a hotel. First night two bands got into a violent arguement in the halls. Hotel slow to respond. Wife and daughter insisted I return to hotel from work in the ER. Confrontation ended by the time I got there. Could be a good hotel

very clean room, but the suite we stayed in they mustve had a water leak, and had to retile and recaulk alot of places. It ... was done very poorly, the place was clean, just messy maintenance. Luckily i was able to log on thru wi-fi but wi-fi was down. If you want great excercise room, this isnt the place. It only has a treadmill. TV's need to be updated.

Only wanting a quiet, clean & safe place to stay for the night, the area the hotel is located is great - really quiet. We ... booked through Orbitz getting an awesome deal for a 3 Star rated hotel, but front desk tried to charge us a second time when booking in. Don't expect the staff to be friendly - they also do not inform you of breakfast and location unless you ask. There was no pool (okay with us). Having booked the King size bed in the Jacuzzi suite, we expected a nice suite - it wasn't more than a normal room with a bed and crowded furniture. The Jacuzzi tub was large but very dirty - we definitely did not use it because the jets had black mold throughout. Other than the jacuzzi, the room was older but clean. Bed was okay & air conditioner was great! Breakfast included cereal, bagels, toast, some pastries & waffles. Coffee was outstanding - probably best coffee we've had at a hotel. We didn't complain to the staff as we had booked through Orbitz. Having booked through Orbitz beforehand, we were satisfied with previous 3 Star rated hotels. The price we paid for the room makes the stay acceptable, but we probably would not stay there again.

The only problem I had was that my plane arrived at 11:30pm and when I called the hotel for the courtesy shuttle, I found ... that it did not run after 11pm. As that is one of the reasons I picked that hotel, I was not very happy after traveling all day and then having to pay for a taxi. They knew I was a late arrival but I guess since I booked on line and did not talk to the hotel personally, I did not know there was a cutoff for pickup. There should be a note to that effect in their listing. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and made the rest of the stay enjoyable. I was there to attend my granddaughter's graduation so I spent very little time in the hotel. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. All in all I would stay there again, if I wasn't arriving late at night.
