Hotel was in a decent location, right off the highway. I would definitely recommend grabbing gas right up the street rather ... than at the casino.

This hotel was just okay.. the bed was sagging a bit.. smelled musty, would expect a little better for what we paid.. had no ... place to sit at breakfast, had to bring our food back to our room to eat. staff was very friendly and the sports bar was fun.. wished it was open more though, especially on Sunday when the games were on and liquor stores were closed

Hotel felt like a truck stop hotel off the main highway. Rooms need refurbishment and many ameneties were out of order. ... Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was included and was quite good -- fresh waffles! Shuttle service to the casino was available with a vouncher for a free dinner and $10.00 toward gambling.

For the price, it was a great deal! We only stayed one night, but it was close to the ferry from LI, close to casinos, and ... close to Mystic Village. The room was OK, recently redone, but not well! I always enjoy a king sized bed though! Like other reviewers mentioned, the rooms weren't spotless, but they weren't really dirty either. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to Mohegan Sun seems like a good deal, although we opted just to drive. The breakfast was OK, but again, for the price, I'm amazed it was included.

Check in was quick and easy. The room seems to have taken quite a beating since the renovation in 2008. The furniture was ... torn and stained and there was some sticky substance on the alram clock. A cleaner room would have made tha stay more enjoyable but I would probably still stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable. It was clean on the surface but if you looked close there was dirt and ... stains. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Not just cold cereal but eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and fresh fruit. All told a very good deal for the price.

We chose this hotel for its locality. We were at the beach and than going to Mohegan Sun at night. We were counting on the ... shuttle to take us there but its last trip home was at 12:00. We were not leaving until 7or so. We ended up taking our own car. We were hoping also to get the food voucher but because we didn't take the shuttle no food voucher. But all in all the room was spacious the staff was very friendly, the price was great and we would come back. Thanks for the hospitality.

We went for Bingo and Slots at foxwoods and mohegan sun. Also, the beach at Westerly. The hotel was 20 minutes away from ... foxwoods. They had a shuttle to Moheghan sun which we used for Saturday night. The shuttle was free and included a free buffet and a 10 dollar coupon to use on the money wheel. The front office , housekeeping, and breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellant. The only draw back was the hotel did not seem to keep up with the rooms after ther renovations(7/2008). They were clean and the beds were comfortable, but certain items needed to be addressed... the air conditioning unit needed attention, the cover on the "freezer" part of the refrigerator kept falling off, the iron did not work very well.

We picked this hotel because it was close to Mohgan Sun and likes the idea of the shuttle. When we go there the shuttle was ... full but they did add another one. We got free buffet and a free bet for taking the shuttle. The room was big and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The bar in the hotel was small but friendly. I had a real hard time with the cleanless of the bathroom. We went to Mohgean Sun right after we checked in and go back late. I didn't notice the bathroom till I showered the next day. There was someones eleses hair every where, in the sink on the sink counter in the shower on the floor. There is no way they could have cleaned with all the hair and dust in the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel it is close to my daughters college Eastern Connecticut,just 20 minutes away. The hotel was under ... renovation. The smell fromt the new rug was enough to make you sick. The shuttle from the hotel sounds good, but try to book early we were blocked out until 9pm way too late for us to go to dinner at foxwoods, we drove, Mohgehan is much closer. The aircondition didn't work at all, the room was very hot...

my wife and i stayed for one night after a day at the casinos. we were satisfied overall with the service, the room was huge ... and clean, the breakfast was delicious and mostly fresh... the best part was the shuttle to moheegan sun that included a dinner buffet and $10pp coupon to gamble. We had a good stay and would go back if we were in the area.

We stayed for only one night but were very impressed with the shuttle service. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and ... helpful in filling our needs for amenities such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. We did however wish that the pub in the hotel was open earlier and closed a little later. We arrived around 4pm and was starving so we had to roam around town in the car to find somewhere open. Very clean, comfortable bed and it was nice to sit on a couch and relax before we headed out.

The Comfort Suites Norwich had warm friendly clerks, they happily supplied directions to the 2 close casinos with printed ... card with directions on them. They even had a shuttle bus back and forth to one of them. We didn't spend much time in the hotel except to sleep and have breakfast...which, though it was a little limited, was still very nice and the waffles were awsome 24 hour coffee in the lobby as well as the pot in the room. We went with some friends, and the whole experience was worth doing agan.

Comfort Suites-Norwich,Ct was more than I expected-the Staff was very courteous and attentive to my every question and ... concern. They made me feel at home - very cheerful! Fridge in Room,along with Coffee Machine was a help.
