THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE, THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.WASHING YOUR CLOTHES WAS EASY BUT DRYING THEM WAS ANOTHER ... STORY. THE DRYERS ARE NO GOOD, OVER 2 HOURS AND STILL NOT DRY, KEEP THAT IN MIND.THE WASHER IS ONLY A DOLLAR AND THE DRYERS ARE FREE, WELL THEY SHOULD BE. THE BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL WAS ONE OF THE FINEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. IT CAME WITH OUR ROOM OTHER WISE IT IS $9.95 MONEY WELL SPENT.

Our Stay at the Garden Inn was Terrific

We arrived and they checked us in quickly and made us feel right at home. Wonderful. We liked it so much we came back later ... in the week to stay another night before heading back home. The Breakfast Buffet is awesome.

Nice New Hotel, Friendly Staff

Huge room, comfy bed & pillows, free wired and wireless internet plus "business center" computers, friendly staff. Not much ... around and in a questionable neighborhood but convenient to airport (free shuttle). Ground floor restaurant adequate but not outstanding. Huge amount of food, though. Too much. In room microwave and baby fridge. Would be superb for an extended stay. HermannMillar Mirra desk chair, very nice!

the hilton was wonderful! It was beautiful, clean & had excellent bathroom & very nice shampoo conditioner, mouthwash ect... ... Staff was very friendly & helpful, & I loved their 24 hr store . Had free wifi & printing. Nice parking too. Bed was very nice. My husband & I both really liked it :)

Excellent oasis in Phoenix

During a recent residency for University of Phoenix, we chose this hotel because it was new and because we have always been ... pleased with Hilton Garden Inn locations. This hotel did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and responsive. We loved the morning buffet although it was a bit pricey ($11.95 / day). We were especially happy with the room which was comfortable and clean. For some reason the broadcast channels did not come in on our television, but that was a minor issue. Also, the small pool was impossible to get into with the excessive heat. Would have preferred an indoor pool. We never felt like we were near the airport -- but we experienced all the conveniences!

Instead of paying $2.00 for the bottled water, we used the melted ice which was filtered and delicious. DO NOT drink the tap water as it is hideous!
