Not So Good!

Orbitz said there was free transportation from the motel to the cruise ship. They neglect to tell you that you have to pay ... to park at the motel. It is the same price as you would pay at the pier and not as convenient. You can call the motel and get a park and stay rate from them that is less than staying there and parking your car at the pier but they will not give you that rate if you go through someone else. The only thing this place has going for it is that it is close to the docks. It had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was Ok. Halls are dirty, dingy and had stuff laying in them, like air conditioning units. Needs a lot of TLC but doubt that will happen.

everything was good..except I can hear people voice walking up and down the hallway at 2 in the morning. The cleaning service ... is good. for the price that i pay is good.

Service was good. Room was adequate for the price. Across the street from "Ports of Call" which was great. For the price we ... would consider staying there again.

Good price, spa broken for months

Good price but the hotel shows it's age. The mananger stated the spa would be repaired and working the second day of our ... stay, but is was not. Other reviews show that has not been working for some time and should have been indicated on the Orbiz site. This is prime summer, whats up with the management ?

close to port, great service & breakfast

The desk attendant was friendly, breakfast and location for cruise was great. Free shuttle drop off to the port was great ... also. The room stated 2 queens but it only had 2 double beds and the air conditioner did not work in our room but worked great in our family's other room. Overall great place, as we arrived late and left early for the cruise in the morning.
