Great Property, Bad Promotion

Wonderful property, clean, modern, but small pool. I booked through Orbitz because of the Escape Family Time Promotion where ... kids eat free (breakfast, lunch & dinner) We were only there for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Upon checking in, the front desk staff knew nothing about the promotion and said it didn't apply. I tried to get dinner and they wouldn't honor the promotion, so I took my two kids out to Red Robin located near the property. In the morning, there was a different employee at the Bistro in the lobby and they did honor the breakfast for free. I could have gotten the room slightly cheaper with my AAA discount, but chose Orbitz for the kids eat free promotion. I'm disappointed that the promotion wasn't honored by the hotel and think I should be compensated something for this.

Hotel was very clean. Needed the room for overnight stay while at a family picnic. Room was clean and comfy...would ... definitely stay again.

2nd floor must have had no A/C, it was really hot. Also, the room was very very small. Coffee maker did not work and the pool ... was out of order. A/C in the room needed to be fixed as well. Rooms were really clean with really nice decor. Staff was nice. Very nice new hotel and very flashy, but that is about it. Would not stay here again.
