Great Hotel!

Great room with updated bathroom and TV. AC/heater worked great, and very quietly, keeping the room at a constant ... temperature. Bed was extremely comfortable. Located in the middle of things, there were a large number of restaurants easily in walking distance. The hotel restaurant wasn't great. It was definitely overpriced for what you got.

Eco-friendly hotel, but super posh! Rooms are smaller than usual hotel rooms, but more than enough space to be comfortable ... and very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Nice short walk to Miracle Mile!

This hotel has excellent staff and a great bar. The location was ideal for the occasion that I needed. The only issue that I ... had was that size of the rooms. For the money spent, I felt that the room should have been larger.

Great value, polished new hotel

Very good value at The Hotel Felix. It's a slightly bare bones new boutique-style hotel modeled on the W and the like, but it ... was very clean, comfortable, and is carving out an identity as a "green" hotel. I expect it will become quite popular and the rates will go up, but in the meantime, it offers a reasonably convenient location near the Magnificent Mile and the CTA Red line, and has a friendly, helpful staff.

This was our first stay at this hotel and the location was good. However, the room was too small and the room service was not ... good at all. However, the bellman/doorman were very helpful and friendly, kudos to them.
