Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42" flat panel high-definition television, signature Hyatt Grand Bed, and the plush Cozy Corner. Only service animals are accepted. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel, other than service animals.

Very good hotel for the price

We were visiting Washington and decided to stay in a good hotel for a good price. The "price" we paid was the "bad" location. ... The hotel address was not in the GPS and we had a hard time to find the hotel, particularly it was late night. Breakfast was fine. No coffee included though. Staff was not so friendly, what was fine since it was Thanksgiving day.

Large screen TV, big rooms, good breakfast. Everything was great. Its a new hotel; therefore hard to find on google maps. Its ... on sunrise valley,directly opposite another Hyatt.

Brand new, lovely

Hyatt Place is one of my favorite brands, because of the beautiful, chic, modern rooms and common areas. This seemed to be a ... brand new hotel, and still had some of the "new carpet" smell. Also, it was hard to find because most of the roads around it are new and may not be in your map app or GPS device yet.

There's a pizza restaurant a couple of blocks northeast, in the new condo's and shops.

the breakfast wasnt as nice on weekend( did not include eggs or waffles)also the pool was closed friday and did not open ... until 300 on sat. this is a nice motel but definately caters to business people not families

New place in spring of 2009. Very nice room with sofa and large screen HDTV. Unlike many places, they encourage you to ... connect your lap top or DVD player to the TV if you want, and make it easy. Also MP3 player input to radio/alarm clock. The food staff could use some training still. Only two kinds of soup on menu, and the one I wanted was out. Got an appetizer instead, but it was poorly warmed up. The continental breakfast was fine.
