We stayed 5 nights here while visiting Disney and Seaworld. The hotel's website is wonderful but not true to reality. We ... were very disappointed. The "Adult Only Spa" is actually only a small hot tub, right next to the family pool. The restaurant is only a cafeteria room where breakfast is served; it is not open any other time in the day and it does not serve any other food.

Nice location. There are a host of restaurants near by, as well as a Walgreens, and Publix. It rained quit a bit while we ... were there so we ended up ordering from one of the many local pizza places place that "KEPT" sliding flyers through our door. It was HORRIBLE! The hotel looked secure from the outside, but obviously from the constant flyers they allow certain people in. The room was decent, but the hotel can be quite noisy with all the unsupervised kids running around.

If for some reason you can't get out and want to order pizza, call Dominoes! Do not call Pizza restaurants on the many flyers you will receive through your door!

Satisfactory but disappointing overall

Something about the hotel just didn't feel quite right. The people running it were kind enough but not exactly knowledgeable ... about the area. This probably sounds snobby but we don't feel great about a place where people feel comfortable coming down to the hotel continental breakfast area still wearing their pajamas and obviously in need of a shower and a hairbrush. That described about a third of the guests. There were car break-ins in the hotel parking lot two nights before we departed. Response of hotel staff was not proactive on this matter ("It happens sometimes here in Orlando.") Hotel facilities probably built in the 70s but felt even older than that. We had a Suite room and planned to open up the sofa for one of our children to sleep on. However sofa mattress was so uncomfortable (worse my wife and I have ever seen) that we folded it back up and fortunately my youngest daughter just slept on the couch. Shuttle service to Disney was a waste...contracted times were totally inconvenient. Example...the bus to Magic Kingdom didn't even depart the hotel until 11:30 am although the park opens at 9:00 am. Ultimately...we were not satisfied with this hotel. Didn't ruin our vacation because we spent minimal time there but we wouldn't recommend this option. I don't believe we will book through [...] again following this experience.

A party of six (Mother, 3 daughters, 1 Grand-daughter, and a great grand-son (3 years old) traveled to Orlando with the ... purpose of visiting more than one of Disney World's theme parks. This trip was a reunion of mother, and sisters who had not seen each other in the last 11 months (due to death in the family) and more than 12 years before that. One sister lives out of state and have never been to Disney World. The suite was the perfect size for our party.

Great location. Close to major attaractions. Also free transportation to theme parks. The hotel itself is old - and it shows ... in the rooms. But the other amenities more than make up for it. Also since we are out the entire day, the room size did not matter. Dont miss the heated outdoor jacuzzi. Feels great after a long day of walking in the theme parks.

Dissatisfied Customer Nov 16, 2009
The experience at this hotel was terrible! [...]No hot showers in the morning, no heated pool, flat screens were not ... available in all rooms and the location WAS not close to attractions. When we complained at the front desk on departure they replied that they needed to "update" the website (?). Also, the buffet breakfast was cold and dull! This facility will definately go down as a "Consumer Beware" listing on my book.

We took the free shuttle to and from Epcot. The pick-up times were perfect. The hotel is really close to I-4 so you have easy ... access to wherever you need to go. The room looks exactly like in the online pictures. The only negative aspect is that the hotel is a bit hard to notice off the main access street; we actually passed it.

I came to Florida to visit Universal Studios. The hotel property was quite nice. A very affordable rate for couples with ... children. My only complaint is the shuttle that runs only once a dayto Universal Park. If you are unable to catch the Out-going shuttle at 7:40 am or the In-bound trip leaving the park at 6:15 pm you are stuck paying $40 each way to the Park.

We stayed here after a trip to Disney and it was a nice hotel. The room was a nice size and it was nice to have the fridge, ... microwave and sink, as well as two bedrooms for privacy. The free breakfast was a great bonus. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel was a bit noisy due to the pool being centrally located to all of the rooms and the room could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, a very nice experience.

This is a hotel to use if you want to save $ and be close to the Disney Parks. Be advised that at least from my perception ... that the number of free shuttles are limited. Might be worth calling to get their schedule before booking the hotel (unless you are renting a car). Free parking, breakfast (same thing everyday and no grits!) and wireless internet definitely add value to this hotel. Seems better for famlies with kids.

The 2 br suite was wonderful! Very comfortable beds. All rooms face pool, courtyard, bar, etc. Breakfast was free and ... hot! Eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. One less expense! Free happy hour for one hour every evening. Loved the music that played at the bar! You could hear it in the pool. Great vacation. I will definitely return. My kids didn't want to leave!

Satisfied client Sep 22, 2009
I selected this hotel after reading Orbitz's reviews but have second thoughts after reading many negative Trip Adviser's ... reviews. Anyway I went ahead with this booking since we have already signed up with the hotel. My wife and I were quite surprised by the spaciousness of the room...a far cry from all those reviews I read. Although cleanliness is questionable but at the price I paid, I have no complaints. I got clean towels everyday. Breakfast is not great, the same fare everyday without much change but remember, the price with breakfast, why complain? The only complaint I have is that internet link is very bad. I have to go to the poolside or reception to get a signal strong enough to use my computer and most of the time I hook on to somebody's wireless system (not the hotel) to get hooked up. Other than this, I have no complaint on this hotel.
