Not a good experience

Apart from the location, there was nothing that I liked about this hotel. The first impression that I got during check-in was ... very bad. I Checked-in around after midnight and could not go to bed till 3:00 am. First they gave me a different room, than what was booked, then moved to another room where no appliances were working. The rooms were quite far from each other. After walking long distances with my luggage from one room to another finally got the room but not before the staff gave me wrong keys.

Downtown Disney is to the left after you drive out. Universal is to the right. There are MANY restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Very Nice Stay Near Disney World

This was our second stay at this location. We like it because it is just down the street from Downtown Disney and easy ... access to all of Disney World. We were very pleased with the new renovations to the room we stayed in. It was VERY nice. We also liked that the parking lot is gated and has a guard on duty. There were a few negatives. This hotel sits right on I-4. You can't miss the traffic noise. Also, they did away with the complementry breakfast (but did give us a 50% off coupon for the restaurant). Will we stay here again? You bet!

The rooms were clean. We stayed on the parking lot side and it was quiet. The pool was relaxing and clean. The pool is ... located near the highway but it was still good. The continental breakfast was nearly impossible to enjoy as you have to wait in long lines to be seated and then scramble for food and tables. Not a great way to start your day. We passed on this after our first experience.

Short drive to Epcot. We were there in our parking place in 6 minutes! Sea World was an easy drive too. Located near many accessible restaurants.

We visit sea world and we go to the Luau Hawaiian party.Nothing was missing it is just we have to get back to San Diego to ... work.This trip was the best.

Our family includes 2 babies under 2. We had lot's of toys and brought playmats, thankfully because the carpets were ... filthy. Not a pretty room but if you aren't in there too long it is ok. They had a decent location, close to a shopping center with several food choices. Recommend the Indian restaurant! Otherwise has continental breakfast, average. Also a shuttle that takes you to theme parks.

Free complimentary breakfast was terrible.. Oatmeal and muffins Ive had better. Shuttle buses ran late, and didnt run as ... often as the Disney Buses, which is ok but you can return and they only travel 3 times in the AM and 3 times in the evening for return - not convinient. Very close to Downtown Disney!! Pool small and closed most of the time for bad weather. I loved the location, hated the food, clean rooms, would stay again - but maybe think over the shuttle if Disney is what you will do

We went on a family trip to watch our nephews play soccer at Disney and also go to the parks. What we liked the most about ... this hotel was the location (very close to parks, to road 4, lots of stores near by) and the price (very affordable). Breakfast is ok, just make sure you get there early after 8:45 it gets too crowded. My husband was alone at the table where he left all his 3 toasts that were just made and went back to get some juice and the cleaning staff threw out all his food thinking he was done. My husband was very upset and told them they were fresh. He didn't complain to the manager thou cause we were late. Just like in other comments I read here, the room was a bit loud but it didn't bother us that much (we were so tired by the time we got to the hotel). The bathroom door would not lock and the entrance door to our room was very hard to open, one time my friend had to slip the card key so I could get in the room. Overall the experience was ok, the staff was friendly and the rooms has refrigerator, microwave and ironboard.

Make sure to go have breakfast early. Ask for a room that is not facing the highway if you can't easily sleep and if you need toothpaste they have it at the lobby. :)

A weekend in Orlando

My kids and I went there for my daughters basketball tournament at the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex. The location of ... the hotel is great. It's located by great restaraunts, shopping outlets, and the Disney Sports complex. The room did have a very strong mildew smell when I checked in but I came to find out that it was only my room that had the smell. The front desk clerk sent someone to spray the room but that didn't really help. The hotel wasn't the cleanest, I think I was a little more critical because of the smell. I noticed the sink wasn't clean and there were stains on the floor. The maids don't knock when they come to clean the room, they just open the door and come on in. I didn't like that either because once I was in the shower and the kids were watching TV someone just walked in the room. Overall the room was not really that bad for the price. If your looking for an inexpensive room to lay your head, this will suit your needs. The pool is nice (not as big as it is in the pictures online) but it meets the need and it goes up to 6'6 in the middle.

Once we got to the counter for check in, lady behind the counter didn't smile at all.. just a harsh hi.. We(me and my wife) ... felt not welcomed right at..When we got in to the room, we found a bug and found out the flush in toilet wasn't working. We asked for new room. Same lady behind the counter exchanged the room without saying a single sorry. Again I was so surpised that she didn't care at all for comfort of the guest.. and hotel name is Comfort Inn :). So we got different room and we found long hairs lying on the bathtub... So I definitely not going to stay in Comfort inn next time. I would rather pay more and stay in other hotel... The location is super.. close to Disney, Sea world, restaurants, shopping complexes.

VISITED DISNEY WITH SON AND GRANDCHILDREN THE HOTEL WAS OUTSIDE THE PARK BUT THE SHUTTLE SERVICE MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. ... THE STAFF WAS BUSY BUT FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. PATRONS HAD A CHOICE OF THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND CHILDREN WERE FREE!
