They have a free/great airport shuttle that will take you to and from the airport, leaving every half hour; you just have to ... go sign up!

This was an older hotel but had made some renovations. Pool area was spacious in a park-like setting. Dining room was ... great. Priority club members upgraded to full free hot breakfast. Overall, great stay.

Fort Jackson, S.C. Holiday Inn

We went to our son's basic training graduation and family day.There were four of us from our family of nine. Besides being on ... Fort Jackson Army base, we went to the S. Carolina Historical Museum and the Zoo. Both were great. Lots of places to eat at. The motel restaurant was good too. Great continental breakfasts with a warm foods upgrade if we wished. We weren't used to the heat but survived, and there was low (31%) humidity while we were there. This was a great trip. We couldn't have survived without a GPS. It helped a great deal. Good old southern hospitality was shown all over.

Be aware that many things close down around 5PM here: zoo, botanical gardens, etc. Get and use a GPS if you are not from the area. It will help a great deal of the time.

Enjoyed the room and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Thought the free continental breakfast was ... pretty lousy. Had to pay an xtra $5 for hot eggs, bacon. Other hotels provide much better breakfast than this for free.

I thought it was great for the price. The staff was very warm and friendly. Like anything else there is definitely room for ... improvement, but overall it was a very nice experience. I'd definitely go back!!

The holiday inn airport was very convenient for my time of relaxing. The room was comfortable & linen was very clean for a ... hotel. I was able to get a one night relaxation period with some comfort.

The Holiday Inn, Columbia Airport, South Carolina is a comfortable and congenial place to stay. It is conveniently located ... near a major highway, but we weren't disturbed by noise at all. The service was good and the room was spacious, well furnished, and clean. There is a restaurant on the property and an inviting swimming pool.
