The Room was nice and big comfy bed. that only thing was the parking you had to pay to park in the structure or pay for ... valet.. Defiantly factor that in to the cost.

Quick easy checkin with friendly staff. Garage parking was rather distant for self parking. Why make it so hard? We didn't ... use amenities as were too busy with business to do so. Hotel was easy to find.

Was in LA on a little vacation-the lobby and room were fantastic-so clean; big TV, the linen so soft and cosy-could sleep ... like at home. Was dissapointed there was no pool or hot tub. Great communte to the mall with the shuttle.

I've stayed here for business several times and recommend it to all. The rooms are fairly modern. You need to make sure you ... ask for a room with flat screen television. Everything is clean and the gym is perfect for a quick and easy workout. I've had good service yet did have one young girl check me in this last time who seemed to be in a permanent bad mood. The restaurant/lounge is nice for an evening drink and light dinner.

We were there for Pepperdine's graduation - great location between LAX and the University. Fastest 6,000 miles in history, ... but the 7 hours we got to sleep were restful, quiet, and uninterrupted!

Upon Checkout, we were given a statement indicating a room rate that was less then we had already paid. When questioned, the ... document was ripped from our possession and not given back. Our demand for its return, or a copy thereof, was refused. I believe the hotel billed Orbitz a lower rate than we paid Orbitz, and that the City of Los Angeles received less room tax than we paid Orbitz. Even though I know Orbitz has to make a profit, I believe the amount should be transparent. By the way, the difference amounted to about 20%.

Very good location for shopping, and many dining places ranging from fast food though moderate to expensive, all a short walk. Excellent freeway access.

I spent one night at this hotel and it was up to my standards for a hilton hotel. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean ... which is very important to me and room was spacious. Great value for the money. I would definetly stay again.
