Very noisy, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Manager unbelievably rude, you could not pay me to stay there ever ... again.

the room did not have the 2 queen beds as was sold to us, the room wasn't cleaned and towels were not replaced ...

additional charge for extra person when booked a room with 2 beds and only 2 staying. was booking a hotel for springfield and ... it was 10 miles away
