The best place to eat was Smyly's. They have great steaks and it is right on the lake. It looks like a dive, but eat out on the deck. The steak was so good, you didn't need any sauce to put on it. Also, be sure to get a mineral bath and massage at the buckstaff while in Hot Springs. Ride the go-carts at Funtrackers and be sure to play miniture golf at the pirates cove. Very nice places! You will enjoy it.

The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all, there were hairs in the bathtub and on the towels. This hotel is no ... better than the less expensive ones in the same area. Next time we will save the extra 20 dollars and stay at the holiday inn or best western.

The weather was actually terrible. It rained the entire time we were there. We were able to use the pool twice. It would ... have been better if there was an indoor pool as well. There is a place to fish right on the dock next to the hotel. That was a nice feature. Hot springs is a nice area and we would have had a much better time if the weather would have cooperated. Those are things you don't have control over. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and the balcony was a nice touch.

The hotel was nice & clean. Pillows and bed very comfortable. The only bad thing was that we had a smoking room and I did not ... book a smoking room. The hotel said we must have, but I would never book a smoking room. They told me that Orbitz assumes all rooms are non-smoking, thus the mistake.

I had never been to this city and the hotel was easy to find, a good location from which to explore the area. Very nice to be ... right on the lake and I made good use of the balcony (which was a surprise!) every day. The burger at the Classics was awesome. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I hope to return to Hot Springs and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was my scond stay at this hotel. I must tell you that the first stay I was on the 3rd floor and didn't get to take ... advantage of the view. However, the second visit allowed us to get on the 6th floor and the view was excellent. The room was clean however the hallways were not. It looked as if housekeeping quit as soon as they cleaned the rooms. There were big plastic bags with linens and comforters in the hallway. Along with the buggy that transfers the dirty linens. A tray from room service in the hall. One of the elevators had been down for two days so I figured that might be the problem. However, when we checked in at 6:30pm...left and came back at 10:30pm. No improvement on housekeeping. Verry close to LOTS of dining. I think we just caught them at a bad weekend. Will I go back? Yes. Will I try another hotel? yes. Always keeping the options open.

Close to the mall/movies/great Putt Putt. Rain will not put a damper on your day.
