Decent Hotel

My friends and I stayed at this hotel because of its location. We went into Atlantic City, so the location was convenient. ... This hotel is a great place to stay if you plan on being active. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel, you might consider a more upscale hotel. In short, it is a great place to sleep rather than a place to relax or find activities to take part in.

Good location and nice hotel. Room appearance was not that attractive. Had to make three request to get extra towel. But ... overall, we were happy.

If you're staying in the Galloway area, head to Brigantine Beach, not Atlantic City beach. Brigantine is WAY more family oriented and only takes like an additional 3 minutes to get there.

The location of the Ramada Galloway is great! It took only a few minutes to get to Atlantic City for the boardwalk, and to ... Brigantine beach to spend some sand time with the kids (highly recommed this beach for families with little ones!). However, the room we stayed in was in dire need of some upkeep. Everything from spiderwebs to peeling wallpaper to baseboards falling off made us want to spend as much time out and about as possible. We spent the extra couple of dollars to make sure we had a hotel with a pool, then we couldn't even use it. The pool hours were from 11 am-7 pm, definitely the shortest and weirdest pool hours I've ever run into at a hotel. So the pool doesn't open until after you checkout, and since check in is at 3, who has time to use it between unpacking and going for dinner? Also, my family headed out for our continental breakfast around 8:30, and they were out of food! I'm not so sure we would stay here again, definitely the area, but not so much this hotel.

The room and rug had a mold-like smell. We asked to be transferred to another room because my daughter is very sensitive to ... smells. The staff was less accomodating and gave us the impression that we were lying.

The first room we checked in to had crumbs and and hair in the bed. The second room just had hair. They don't change the ... sheets!!! We stayed in Atlantic city instead. It was a costly lesson but pay the extra money and stay down the road.

All I wanted was a place to stay for the evening while visiting Atlantic City. I have never tried to check into a room at ... 5:15pm and was told, "you're room is not ready yet". I was told that check-in was at 3pm. When my room was finally ready I was greeted in the hallway by sheets and trash! What hotel is still cleaning rooms at that time of day?! Trip was not very good at all. Will never stay there again!

We stayed there while visiting the casinos in AC. The hotel is off the strip but not too far. We loved how Denny's was within ... walking distance, if not next to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

nice friendly staff,mr.maik was most helpful, couldnt do enough for you, best person there. had problem in first room with ... ants and i was moved to another room without refrigerator or microwave as was in first room. this was the only inconvience.go out for breakfast as continental should have been on another continent

My stay at the Ramada Galloway was great. The room was clean so where the sheets & towels. The bed was really comfortable, ... the staff was very nice & helpful. The Location was perfect everthing from the casino's, restaurants, malls, movies, u name it was within 5 miles of the hotel.

Pretty darn nice for the money in AC

The management was very friendly and very helpful. Got just the room we wanted. The room wasn't brand spankin' new for all ... you people who need the very best, but it was very nice and very, very clean, and comfortable. We just wanted to spend the weekend in AC without spending a fortune on accomodations. Would reccomend and will stay again.
