the host/desk clerk was very nice and helpful, he mapped out some possibilities for trail runs and suggested other safe areas ... to explore.

My stay was right in the upper comfort zone. The only down fall was having to leave the site for dinner, or getting stuck ... with ordering pizza. The staff was very helpful, the rooms and grounds were spotless, the site was full of energy yet quite, and the pool was great.

We were in Phoenix to visit our daughter and husband and grandchildren and the Residence Inn was the perfect place for us. ... The location was near the highways, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed the daily complimentary continental breakfast which included more than we expected. It was also nice to be able to use one of the 2 computers and printers set up in the lobby at no cost to us.

We had a great meal (and martinis) at Carrabbas which is right next to the Residence Inn.

Clean, quiet hotel. Great place to relax. Clean pool would have made my vacation more enjoyable. Great Shopping minutes away. ... Good places to eat. Charleston's Restaurant steps away from hotel. Many bars nearby.

We were in town for a wedding and liked this hotel very much except the pool was dirty so we didn't get to swim and the entry ... door wouldn't work with our key card.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and happy hours, my room was spotless and I had a great view of the mountains. The pool ... was dirty and not cleaned out very often, a few of the front desk clerks were not friendly, the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful and overall my experience was great. I would return for sure.

I got in late and was pleased to have a friendly and warm welcome from the night attendant. I was only in for a few hours, ... but the amenities were fine and the pillows were perfect.

Look for Patsy Grimaldi's if you want authentic NY pizza and Cheba Hut for great sandwiches with a "unique" theme atmosphere - if you want to know what I mean, you have to go.

My Experience in the hotel was Great, My only recommendation is that they should take better care of their Jacuzzi area ( it ... has rust marks all over). It would it been great if we could have use of the Jacuzzi.
