They had no record of my reservation when I arrived. The motel is not in a very good part of town, I did not feel safe and ... the property looked quite rundown. I did not stay, found accomations at another property.

Nice big Room and newly redone. the place looked alot better inside then it did on the outside.Great price for what you get. ... My only complaint was the king size bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were way to soft. But overall it was a good value for the 42 bucks per night that I paid. If it was 60 bucks I would have been realy disapointed. warning if you put the do not disturb notice on the door till after 12:00, your room won't be cleaned. the maid leaves early for the day. The hotel staff were nice. The hotel is located hotel is located a few miles from the good resturants and London Bridge.

Fine for the money, but...

I was simply looking for an inexpensive hotel for a few hours sleep in between a long California to Arizona road trip. At ... $42 a night this was an excellent deal. The room was clean and had a coffee maker and fridge. The negatives included a nightclub right next door with booming music late into the night, and the location was a bit odd, especially for trailer access. I was towing a 26' enclosed race car trailer. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it claimed to have "secure boat storage". Well, the entrance gates had been completely bent mangled from a previous break-in attempt, allowing for easy access for a person even with the gates closed and locked together with a chain and padlock. That was a pretty bad sign right there that I wasn't in the best neighborhood in town, and I had quite a restless sleep worrying about someone breaking into my trailer and stealing items inside. Aside from that, this is a very average motel. Nothing to write home about, but decently clean and well appointed for the price.

Surprise! Great value in Lake Havasu.

Very good value! We will stay here again! We've stayed at other hotels in Havasu that were priced much higher that should ... have been lower! Even though our room was on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic noise. We could step out of our room and have a nice view of Lake Havasu.

We where there for an off road adventure. The group had a total of 4 rooms and I heard no complaints from anyone. They also ... had a secure parking area so we could drop our trailers with or off road toy's and go cruse the town. We will stay there again.

This hotel was little out of the way from the tourist traps, but only a few miles. It is in an older part of town. The room ... was big and very clean and up to date. The court yard and pool were nice and it was nice and quiet. The only problem was the A/C. It was a hot day and the air conditioning unit had a hard time keeping the room cool.

The best part about this hotel is that it is smack in the middle of EVERYTHING. Close to the local enviroment and still just ... a hop, skip and jump away from lake Havasu...which is why we went here. Pool is large enough to have adults and children in at the same time and all can be comfy. When I return I will stay here again.

Lake Place Inn is an awesome place to stay for its reasonable price. The room is clean and the surrounding is quiet. It's pet ... friendly so I brought my 2 dogs w/ me for an additional $10. One down side is the AC and the fan in the bathroom were kind of loud. Overall a great place to stay!

OK amenities, sketchy neighborhood

Old Inn in a run-down neighborhood of bars. They've made an attempt to clean up rooms and contrary to my fears about the ... neighborhood, the room was quiet (on a long weekend too). Had a fridge, microwave and comfortable beds but bathtub was very slow to drain after shower. "Lake view" is off in the distance, it is a couple of miles from the lake.

My only complaint was the coffee maker had the filter holder missing. The rooms are spaceious and very clean, also has ... secured area for boat.
