Good but a few things....

I just wanted a safe and quiet place to go for some great rest and relaxation. This hotel served that purpose. The first room ... I was given was adjacent to the ice machine and stairwell and at the end of the building (which means you could hear cars on the street). Before even settling in, I made a request for a room change (away from ice machines, stairwells, elevators and staff areas). The staff was polite about changing my room promptly. In the second room I was given, I heard no noise. The decor is nice and modern. The room is spacious. I love that there is a huge flat screen tv that swivels from the sitting area to the direction of the bed. I am a clean freak. Regardless of where I go, I have to sanitize every surface with lysol and the bathroom with bleach. The room and bathroom were clean, but of course I still had to do my sanitizing routine. :)Negatives:1) No microwave in the room, you have to go down stairs to the area where they serve breakfast to use one.2) The couch and couch pillows show some wear, and need to be replaced.3)No help with my bags at the door, I had to use a cart and carry them myself!!4) My biggest pet peeve and the deal breaker for me not extending my stay---There was a musty smell in the mattress. I checked in late and was too tired to have to change rooms for the second time. Even turning on the air condition didn't supress the smell enough! Lysol would mask the smell for a few hours and then it would come back. It might not be a problem for all rooms because the first room I had did not have this issue. Since I was practically in the room my whole stay, I burned candles to keep a fresh smell going.5) Upon checking in, there was a line and only one person at the desk. Only one of the two express check-in machines were in working order. [...]6) Bed was a bit too firm for me.7) Continental Brkfst was okay--really basic (fruit, yogurt, juice and cereal), but I have had better.[...]Overall for a quiet night rest its good. However, I know if I want that pamper, luxurious feel I just need to stick with the Westin.

Chose this hotel after searching and reading reviews for hours!!! I was worried that the room might be a bit small from the ... look of the pictures, however, it was so nice and roomy! The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and the beds were amazing! Our 5yr old and 12yr old had plenty of room to play and romp around! I love the layout of the room and the funiture was nice and modern (along with a huge flat screen TV). About 11pm the room next to us was getting a bit loud so I called security. Within 2 minutes security had taken care of the problem. Also, upon checking in I wanted info about local attractions and the receptionist was very helpful! The free continental breakfast was nice and had more options than most hotels. Staff was great and always greeted us with a smile. We were all very pleased with this stay and will def. return!

Great mexican restaurant (can't remember it's name) but plenty of restruarants close to hotel. And most importantly why we chose this hotel was it's location to the airport. It was very close and easy to find, within minutes we were returning our rental car and at the airport.

Good but a few things....

hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. I've stayed in many other Hyatt's before so I'm fairly familiar with their ... layout and operations. The room was much smaller than the other other ones but same layout. Was disappointed in the continental breakfest. The food you had to pay for look really good, but not much choices on the free stuff.

We stayed here on a one night mini vacation with our two small children and I couldn't have been more impressed with this ... hotel. It was in a safe area, spotless room, very clean bathroom, and beautiful on top of it all! I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

Braves Opening day mini-vacaton

We thourougly enjoyed our trip and stay. We attended an Atlanta Braves game and as a result the location was very ... convenient. It was nice to return from the game to such a relacing atmosphere. The breakfast was good and the service was excellen. Most appreciated was the checkout. This was a good visit.
