Thanksgiving at Universal Studios

THe hotel is a very good deal. Walking distance from Universal studios (you don't need to spend money on parking your car at ... the Universal parks). Very good breakfast and room is very nice. Bathrooms could be bigger, but overall conditions exceeded my expectations. Recommend to everyone who wants to go to Orlando and enjoy the parks. Even driving to disney parks is not far and very convenient.

The staff at the Hyatt was expremely kind and courteous. Everyone went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The hotel ... smells delightful and the place was immaculent. Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel with the most reasonable price.

The staff at the front desk and the management were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially when their assistance was ... needed. I must say though that the cleaning staff needs to be improved

hotel was very old; it did not have good food at the break fast. it had limited options to eat. either bagels or fruits. i ... expected much more than that at hyatt. rooms are very old. no mirrors in the rest room. plan of the room is odd. free wifi is good 42" tv is good.maintenanace is decent. but I would not go there again. It is not the hyatt i expected.

Hotel staff was very attentive. We had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast started on Sunday, but they made sure we had ... access to what we wanted. Several times, the staff gave us good directions and printed out maps to destinations

The flat screen tv was great, especially for my boyfriend who watched basketball nonstop. But I didnt like the ... claustrophobic bathroom (the sink was outside of the bathroom and the tub was very small). Nice staff, good location!
